NCS Team Leader
Lincoln City Foundation are delivering a National Citizen Service programme across the Lincolnshire area and are looking for Team Leaders to actively engage with individuals aged 16 to 17 years, facilitating the team of young people through their journey in their social action project.

Community Football Development Coach
Lincoln City Foundation are looking for FA Level 2 qualified coaches to work across our growing Football Development programme.


Health and Wellbeing Leader
We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Leader to join our Healthier Communities department and play an integral delivery role in supporting our mission of creating happier, healthier, inspired communities.
The successful candidate will be expected to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate a range of activities and programmes with the aim of improving physical health and mental wellbeing.

Education manager
The education manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, co-ordination, recruitment, and delivery of the Foundation’s education, work-ready and personal development programmes including, but not exclusive to, BTEC Sport, degree programmes, traineeships and mentoring, offender rehabilitation, and initiatives to remove barriers to industry and viable career pathways.
