NCS Team Leader

Lincoln City Foundation are delivering a National Citizen Service programme across the Lincolnshire area  and are looking for Team Leaders to actively engage with individuals aged 16 to 17 years, facilitating the team of young people through their journey in their social action project.

Employability Leader

Lincoln City Foundation are looking for an inspiring Employability Leader within our youth work team, to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes across the area of Lincolnshire, empowering young people and supporting their next steps in their futures.

This role specifically would be required to lead our NCS provision, a government funded leading youth project aimed at equipping 16 and 17 year olds with new skills ready for the world of work or further education.

37 HOURS PER WEEK,

£20,500-£22,000 per annum

Director of Performance & Delivery

Lincoln City Foundation are looking to make an appointment to their senior leadership team. This exciting opportunity is open due to the continued success of the charity over recent years, and the growth expected as part of their 2020-2025 strategy.

 

The Director of Performance and Delivery will be a leader within the organisation and must have a track record of developing and delivering high-quality provision in a diverse organisation, aligned with a vision and mission, and have the ability to bring a strategy to life.

37 HOURS PER WEEK

£32,000-£36,000 per annum

Football Development

Manager

Lincoln City Foundation are looking to appoint a Football Development Manager to drive the quality of their programme delivery and football pathway.

We will use the power of sport and football to inspire people of all ages to become more active and to increase levels of physical activity and participation in sport across all the communities with which we engage.

37 HOURS PER WEEK,

£23,000-£24,500 per annum
