FOOTBALL TOGETHER
Walking football for people living with a long term health condition
Football Together aims to give people living with Parkinson’s disease, neurological diseases or other long term health conditions the chance to benefit from walking football. Sessions provide attendees with a space to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through the medium of football.
These are group sessions where you can also connect with people with shared experiences, with all sessions followed by 30 minutes of social interaction, with refreshments provided.
