

SCHOOLS MANAGER
(Full-Time)
Salary: £27,417 - £29,229 per annum
Contract: Full-Time - Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD plus various delivery venues including primary schools across Lincoln
We’re looking for a passionate Schools Manager to lead and grow our PE, school sport, and physical activity programmes — including the Premier League Primary Stars initiative across our partner schools.

Working alongside Lincoln City Football Club, we deliver programmes that support physical, social, and mental wellbeing across Lincolnshire.
You’ll oversee all aspects of our schools delivery, ensuring we provide exceptional learning experiences for pupils while maintaining strong relationships with partner schools.
You’ll also play a key role in the growth and sustainability of our schools offer, including managing budgets, developing new contracts, and supporting a motivated delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our schools work is impactful, sustainable, and of the highest standard. This includes:

Managing and developing PE and school sport provision in line with Foundation objectives.

Overseeing the delivery of the Premier League Primary Stars programme.

Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality physical activity sessions in schools.

Managing programme budgets and school contracts.

Building relationships with schools, local authorities, and community partners.

Modelling excellence in teaching and coaching to inspire staff and pupils.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
-
Experience of working within schools and managing PE or sport programmes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.
-
NGB Level 2 qualification in at least two sports (or equivalent).
-
A passion for improving opportunities for children and young people.
A degree in a relevant subject, AfPE Level 3 qualification, or teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS/DET) would be advantageous.
