
Out of Schools Manager
(Maternity Cover)
Salary: £27,417 – £29,230 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 37 hours per week (occasional evenings and weekends required)
Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD plus various community venues
We’re looking for an Out of Hours Manager to lead our team delivering Ofsted Registered After School and Holiday Clubs, Premier League Kicks, the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, Birthday Parties, and Street Imps sessions. This is a maternity cover role offering a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and young people across Lincoln and the surrounding area.

What You'll Do
As Out of Hours Manager, you will:

Lead and develop programmes including Ofsted-registered After School and Holiday Clubs, Premier League Kicks, HAF (Holiday Activities and Food), Birthday Parties, and Street Imps.

Ensure high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and operational excellence.

Act as a Designated Safeguarding Officer, promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing.

Manage budgets and support sustainable programme growth.

Build strategic partnerships with schools, funders, and community stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an organised, motivated, and compassionate leader who’s passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments for young people to thrive.
Essential experience and skills include:

A relevant Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care and Development or Early Education.

At least 2 years’ experience in early years care or Ofsted provision.

Experience in managing or delivering Ofsted-registered provision.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and equality.

A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
