The Foundation has released their annual impact report to highlight the amazing work carried out in the local community throughout 2021-22.
The Foundation worked with close to 6,000 different participants, with almost 10,000 hours of delivery.
The report highlights the growing reach of the Foundation, which now helps communities across Lincolnshire.
