Lincoln City Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated community sports coach to join our growing delivery team.
The Foundation are looking for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality sports coaching and creating opportunities for young people to achieve their full potential.

As a community sports coach, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating a variety of activities and programs across the organisation. These include, but are not limited to, our Schools, Football Development, and Holiday Club programmes. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work, as well as participation in events across Lincolnshire.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivering safe, enjoyable, and developmental sports sessions in alignment with the programme curriculum and strategic objectives.
• Promoting the progression of participants through programme activities, aiming to positively impact their health, wellbeing, and personal achievement.
• Ensure high standards of session administration including risk assessments, registers and participant assessments.
What we are looking for:
• A passion for sport, physical activity and education.
• A commitment to inspiring young people to reach their full potential.
• Experience in sports coaching, ideally with a focus on youth development.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across various events in Lincolnshire.
