Premier League Community Captain awarded to Foundation volunteer

Lincoln City Foundation’s Alicia Davis has been recognised as a Premier League Community Captain for 2025/26 for her outstanding voluntary contributions.

Alicia joined the Foundation in August 2024 and since then has volunteered on holiday clubs before becoming a key part of the Foundation’s Premier League Kicks delivery. 

Her sessions have helped young people grow in confidence and ability as well as create inclusive opportunities - especially for girls in football. 

‘‘It is great to see so many involved and having fun playing football,’’ said Alicia. 

Our Premier League Kicks Coordinator Nathan Arnold said: ‘‘Alicia has been a pleasure to work alongside these past two years. Her commitment to the sessions has been outstanding and is an inspiration to other young female footballers.’’

Everyone at the foundation would like to say a huge congratulations to Alicia - a fantastic role model and ambassador for the programme.
