Foundation welcomes ITV cameras to Fighting Fit session

Lincoln City Foundation welcomed the ITV cameras to a recent Fighting Fit session, with the national broadcaster shining a light on the excellent work the programme does to support people living with or recovering from cancer in Lincolnshire.
Friends of the Foundation Streets Heaver were in attendance alongside City stars Freddie Draper and Dom Jefferies, with the feature to be aired on ITV’s EFL highlights show at 9pm on ITV4.
Fighting Fit focuses on low impact fitness designed to help maintain or increase physical activity levels at a pace that suits you and supports attendees in the fight against cancer and long-term health conditions.
Streets Heaver specialise in healthcare computing and have made a big commitment to the Foundation’s award-winning cancer care provision through generous donations, volunteering and promotion.
Foundation chief executive Martin Hickerton, said: “We were absolutely delighted to welcome the team from ITV to a recent Fighting Fit session to showcase work we do to support the people within our community that need it.
“A special thank you goes to our dedicated team who go above and beyond to ensure the delivery of this and many other programmes throughout Lincolnshire, as well as the Freddie Draper and Dom Jefferies for getting involved.
