About the Role
Treo Recruitment are delighted to be working with the Lincoln City Foundation, who are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Afterschool & Holiday Club Delivery Lead to coordinate and deliver high-quality childcare and activity programmes across our community settings.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will lead and oversee a range of engaging initiatives including:

You will create safe, inclusive, and fun environments that support children’s development, wellbeing, and confidence through sport, play, and structured activity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of afterschool and holiday club provision across multiple sites

Act as the on-site lead coach ensuring high-quality session delivery

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for early years and primary-aged children
-
Ensure all sessions meet safeguarding, behaviour, and Ofsted compliance standards

Supervise and support sessional staff and coaches
-
Maintain accurate records including registers, attendance, and parent communications
-
Promote a positive, inclusive and child-centred environment
-
Manage behaviour effectively in line with safeguarding procedures

Work closely with the Foundation team to ensure consistent programme quality
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through sport and structured activity.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience working with early years and/or primary-aged children
-
Experience delivering or coordinating childcare, sports coaching, education or youth programmes

Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements for out-of-school provision
-
Confident knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
-
Strong behaviour management skills
-
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership abilities
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Desirable
-
FA coaching qualification (or equivalent)
-
Paediatric First Aid qualification
-
Experience delivering football or sports-based programmes
-
Background in schools, community organisations or charities
