As we continue to grow and enhance our youth football offering ahead of the 2025-26 season, Lincoln City is excited to launch a new structure within our Football Development provision. This simplified pathway will feature three distinct tiers:

We are now recruiting a range of coaching and leadership roles for our Elite Development Pathway (EDP) – an invite-only programme designed for the most talented boys outside of Academy football and the highest-potential female players.
About the Elite Development Pathway
The EDP aims to:

Identify and support footballers with exceptional potential in line with Academy recruitment standards.

Offer the highest quality development environment to foster growth on and off the pitch.

Provide clear progression routes to ensure every player reaches their full potential.

📍 Locations include Riseholme College and multiple sites across Lincolnshire including Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham, Louth, Newark, and more.
