WALK AND TALK
Our Walk and Talk session is aimed at individuals living with a long-term health condition and their families, friends, and support networks.
The sessions are led by trained Walk Leaders and provide an opportunity to take part in gentle exercise, alongside the chance to talk to others with similar or shared experiences. This can help ease worries, anxiety, and low mood, and create friendships.
Walks are FREE of charge and will last between 30 and 60 minutes.
A great way to meet new people while taking part in gentle exercise.
