Congratulations from all at Lincoln City Foundation to Phil Bramley after winning the Lincoln City signed 2018-19 first team shirt from a raffle to support a young boy with a critical illness called Matthew Chapman.
Matthew’s rare condition was bought to the attention of Lincoln City Foundation earlier this year. There are roughly 100 cases worldwide of Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy which slowly makes the body weaker and reduces life expectancy to between 5-10 years of age.
Sean Curtis, along with friends of the family are continuing to fundraise for Matthew through various sources including donations. If you would like to donate to help Matthew, please click here.
Sean said “Thank you to everyone at Lincoln City and Lincoln City Foundation who have supported us so far.
“We raised around £900 with the help of the Foundation, but this is a drop in the ocean to what is needed to make the necessary provision to make the necessary home improvements for Matthew, as he is currently having to sleep in the kitchen which, as you can imagine, is incredibly difficult to say the least”
