Throughout Mental Health Awareness week Lincoln City Foundation have been sharing daily articles containing advice on how to take care of your mental well being and helping to connect you to further support which is available to access.
The charity Mind has identified that during the current Covid-19 outbreak it is more important than ever that we use our own experiences to help each other. They are encouraging people to speak your mind and share your stories so others can see that they are not alone in the challenges they may currently be facing.
Today some of the Foundation team would like to share their own tips for good mental health and how in particular they have been dealing with the added pressures during lockdown. We hope our messages may give extra support to the individuals and communities we engage with and highlight how we are all truly in this together.
The Foundation supports Mind’s message and urges you to #SpeakYourMind and not to be worried about reaching out to others.
