Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at all, I will keep you as up to date as possible throughout their discussions and communication with Lincoln City Foundation.

[Update 05/05/2020]

To our NCS Community,

We hope you are all well and staying safe.

We want to thank you for understanding our decision to re purpose our Summer 2020 programme, and for your patience as we work through alternatives for Autumn.

As we await decisions from the government about when lock-down could and will be lifted, and what that will mean for all of us over the next few months, we’ve had to put some serious thought into how our Autumn 2020 programme is going to work.

As we want the programme to be the best - and safest - experience for every one of you taking part, we’ve had to make the hard decision to take out the residential element of the programme this year.

But don’t worry, you’ll still get epic adventures, fun with new mates, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a post lock down world. You’ll just also get to go home and sleep in your own bed every night. Nice.

Once we’ve got the ins-and-outs of the re-imagined Autumn programme sorted, we’ll let you know. And in the meantime, let’s all make sure we’re  Staying Connected.

Life After Lockdown

Right now, life is a little bit weird. But it isn’t going to stay this way forever. We’ll get back to some sort of normality, at some point. And the best part? You get to make of it what you want. The question is, what do you want? We want to hear your voice and your answers.

From fun and small to big and brave, we want to know all about what life could - and should - be like, after lockdown:

SELF: What have you learned about yourself during lockdown? What skills have you developed that you want to keep building on? What have you learned about your relationships with the people you’re close to that you’re grateful for?

PEOPLE: What will be the first thing you do with your friends and family? Where’s the first place you want to visit after lockdown?

WORLD: How do you hope the world will change? What do you hope will be the same? And what do you think needs to be different?

GETTING INVOLVED IS SIMPLE:

  • Use the image below to upload a 15 second selfie video with your answers (you can do one for each area)

  • Or upload a picture and use the comment box below to give your answer

  • Don’t forget to include your Insta handle in the comment box too - that way we can tag you when we share it to our stories!
