Lincoln City Talent Centre

We run multiple Talent centres across the region, using our Lincoln City syllabus we deliver weekly sessions to develop players talent in an inclusive fun learning environment. Our Talent centers (formally the named the football open development centres) are open to all young footballers who wish to develop their skills further.

Our team of coaches come with vast experience and focus on different skills each week, aiming to improve the technical aspects of players whilst reinforcing individual tactics through to team play with the use of small sided games. Using the four corner model with a player centred approach we aim to develop the person as well as the player and engage them to continue to learn and love the sport.

The programme also provides players with extras such as online sessions/ home tasks and festival days with our coaching team at several points throughout the season which all work towards player development.

Membership fee: £27 per month direct debit. Annual membership fee: £10

The programme will be starting on Saturday 11th September 2021 up until the 30th July 2022 (Please note on bank holidays and some school holidays there will be no sessions on any day of the week).

Meet our Graduates who have progressed into the Academy

Cai

I've loved training with the Lincoln City Foundation.  When I was in the Advanced group, I learnt about the importance of defending and it inspired me to work hard in the Elite Development Centre to become the best defender I can be.

I did a year at the ADC and a year at the EDC. I really enjoyed both and was pushed by the high standard of coaching and other players
