37 HOURS PER WEEK, £23,000 per annum
Lincoln City Foundation are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Manager who can drive and achieve the charities strategic objectives. This exciting new role is pivotal to our contribution to the county’s wider health agenda and Lincolnshire in the post Coronavirus recovery.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high performing project delivery and management, will be impact focused and will continuously look to raise standards of our programmes to meet the needs of our participants.
The Health and Wellbeing Manager will provide operational management and motivational leadership to their delivery team in order to meet the strategic objectives of the Foundation, to improve outcomes to individuals in our communities.
We welcome applications from those that have a sound understanding of the health and wellbeing arena and the challenges that are facing Lincolnshire and East Midlands and can bring innovation and new skills to the Foundation.
The Health and Wellbeing Manager will:
Lead and develop health and wellbeing programmes that meet the charities strategic objectives and the needs of Lincolnshire communities, in collaboration with partners and participants, that are pioneering, impactful, sustainable, financially viable and based on intelligent, evidence-based research
Explore and utilise innovative income generation through successful, passionate and informed bid writing, sponsorship and fundraising methods aligned with the strategy and message of the organisation
Deliver alongside their team stimulating, interactive, safe activities that aim to improve participant physical health and fitness, and their social and mental wellbeing
Continuously monitor and evaluate programme performance and impact, and contribute to creative marketing strategies, participant engagement and wider county agendas relating to the health and wellbeing of Lincolnshire communities.
