Adult Activities

The Health and Inclusion department’s aim is to provide programmes that can have a positive impact on the health agenda within Lincolnshire. We want to use Lincoln City Football Club and local facilities to help create a healthier local community.

 

Through Lincoln City Foundation, our aims are to help provide opportunities to individuals to participate in football and Multi-Sport sessions whilst using the Lincoln City brand. Creating social opportunities to form connections that impact both physical and mental wellbeing.

 

All staff aim to engage, inspire and educate all individuals of mixed abilities and ages. We have a lots of sessions available to appeal to a variety of interest and ability.

A range of sessions for people aged Over 55 across Lincoln

 

Activities include Walking Football and a Community Gym

Adult care homes

Our care home programme has been active since 2011 and we offer opportunities for care homes to have Lincoln CIty engage with residents
