Full time, 37 hours

£30,000 per annum

Lincoln City Foundation is looking for a professional Head of Finance to join our senior management team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth and change.

The successful candidate must be a leader with appropriate technical skills and experience of operating strategically, and at managerial and administrative levels. This role requires you to do all three, because there are no other finance staff or volunteers at this stage of our development.

The Head of Finance role will play a key role in our income development and securing the Foundation’s long-term financial sustainability. You should be comfortable with challenging the status quo, researching opportunities for improvement, developing thought through proposals for change and then implementing and reviewing those that get approved.

You should review current expenditure with a view to seeking better value for money solutions.
