£24,200 - 25,800 per annum

 

Through ongoing growth, Lincoln City Foundation are seeking to appoint an Employability Manager to lead on the Education and Employability Department delivery programmes.

Lincoln City Foundation utilises the brand and reputation of Lincoln City Football Club, alongside leveraging our own potential and the influence of our key partners, to inspire, empower, and help individuals and communities to improve their physical, social, and mental wellbeing.

The objectives of the Education and Employability Department are to provide positive learning environments to inspire people and develop skills for life.

The Employability Manager will develop on the high standard of delivery across all Education and Employability programmes, from NCS to BTEC Sport and exciting community careers programmes. This role would suit applicants aiming to progress their careers in the leadership and management industries and will have line management responsibilities.
