LINCOLN CITY
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Our Regional Development Centre is at the top of our pathway programme delivery and aims to provide gifted players with an opportunity to participate in the sport they love to the highest possible level. Our Regional Development Centre has represented Lincoln City in matches against teams from other Foundations and Community Trusts, including Norwich City.

The players are coached by experienced and highly qualified staff to a set syllabus which represents the Lincoln City way of playing. We pride ourselves on not only developing the player but also the individual, with a player-centred approach that aims to aid and progress the players to reach their full potential.

Cai

I've loved training with the Lincoln City Foundation.  When I was in the Advanced group, I learnt about the importance of defending and it inspired me to work hard in the Elite Development Centre to become the best defender I can be.

I did a year at the ADC and a year at the EDC. I really enjoyed both and was pushed by the high standard of coaching and other players

I learnt how to receive the ball and more skills to get past players and also how to not be scared.

I learnt to keep the ball better and to make new friends from different places. I also learnt a solution to different cases in football.

Looking for something else....
